The condition of the carpets alone is a glaring issue!!! For a pet-friendly stay, the extra charge for potential stains feels overly harsh given the room's state. A substantial upgrade is needed!!!

I enjoyed the breakfast, I like the choices of food and the atmosphere.
I was very disgusted when I looked up and saw hair in the wall in from of me ,in the shower curtain and pubic hair in the floor of bathtub.

The staff and flat screen tv were excellent.
Wifi and cell phone service turned off all night. Far from interstate . Hotel rooms need to be updated. Furnishings and bathroom needs to be updated .

I enjoyed my stay as the hotel was conveniently close to both Lantz Arena and the Lincoln Douglas Debate Museum. With restaurants like Brick House Bar & Grill just a short walk away, I had plenty of options for meals throughout my visit. The staff worked hard to ensure a pleasant experience and parking was easy to access .

This was my really really nice stay on a family visit. Everything was perfectly fine, breakfast was fresh made. Hopefully the room was good basic and well-appointed with mini fridge and microwave and bathtub/shower.

We had a great stay at this place where the breakfast was well-stocked and delicious. Our room was extremely clean with comfortable beds. The tiny bathroom and outlets were a downside, though. I'd definitely return!

Booked king room with mini fridge and microwave. The hotel was in a marvellous location not far from restaurants, grocery store, Charleston, IL, and the local restaurants. It also was in the middle of jackson.
